Graceful Guidance with Becca is owned and operated by My Journey Home, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The Services provided through this website are intended for educational, supportive, and informational purposes only, specifically related to grief, loss, and suicide-loss support.

Graceful Guidance with Becca does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric services, or crisis intervention. Participation in any program, session, community space, or communication does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or counselor-client relationship.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or call/text 988 (U.S.) immediately.

By using this website and Services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
   
• Are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
   
• Are using the Services voluntarily
   

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Availability, pricing, and structure of Services may change at any time at the sole discretion of My Journey Home, LLC. We reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or terminate Services to any individual if participation is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of our offerings.

All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms listed at the time of purchase.

Due to the nature of grief-related services:

• Refunds are not provided once Services have begun
   
• Any refund eligibility will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
   
• Missed or late appointments may not be refunded
   
• Payment plans, if offered, must be completed as agreed to continue participation
   

You agree to use the Services respectfully and lawfully.

You may not:

• Use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes
   
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
   
• Share false or misleading information
   
• Attempt to access systems or content not intended for you
   
• Disrupt community spaces or sessions
   

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate participation for violations of these standards.

Any community spaces (including chats, groups, or forums) are not monitored 24/7 and are not intended for crisis support. By participating, you acknowledge:

• Responses are not guaranteed
   
• Community spaces are supplemental support only
   
• Emergency or crisis needs must be directed to appropriate services
   

All content available through the Services — including but not limited to text, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, PDFs, exercises, frameworks, program structure, session outlines, branding, logos, and course materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of My Journey Home, LLC, operating as Graceful Guidance with Becca, and is protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchase or participation in any Service grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the materials
   
• Share login access or materials with others
   
• Record, download, or retransmit videos or sessions
   
• Teach, train, facilitate, certify, or coach others using this content
   
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of access and legal action.

Participation in any Service does not grant permission to teach, train, facilitate, certify, or represent this content as one’s own in professional, educational, clinical, coaching, or group settings. Separate written authorization or licensing agreements are required for any professional or instructional use.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or healing experiences. Grief is individual, and each person’s journey is unique. All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Journey Home, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and used.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
