This is not therapy — this is survivor-to-survivor connection, trauma-informed guidance, and compassionate understanding.
I’m Rebecca, Becky and a few of my absolute favorite people call me Becca — a mother of three, a grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren, and a nurse who has spent most of her life walking alongside others in life’s most tender moments.
My path into this work was shaped by personal loss. When my daughter was very young, I lost Brett — an experience that deeply altered the course of my life. In the years that followed, I returned to school and became a nurse in 2008, eventually discovering hospice care, where I found my calling.
For over 15 years, I worked in hospice and end-of-life care, supporting patients and families through profound moments of loss. Alongside clinical practice, I gained leadership experience and a deep understanding of how grief shows up — differently for every person, and often in ways that aren’t addressed by traditional support.
Years later, after participating in a suicide loss support program myself, a quiet knowing stayed with me: one day, I wanted to offer something rooted in compassion, structure, and safety — guided by both lived experience and professional care.
Graceful Guidance was created from that place. I don’t believe in rushing grief. I believe in walking alongside it — one steady step at a time.
You don’t have to do this alone.
